[Spce-user] invalid user or password in subscriber login mr4.5.1

Hello Matthias,

I tried to reproduce this issue (I used 4.5.7 version) and subscriber, 
locked by the fraud script and later unlocked in the web form, 
successfully logged in.

Could you please try to login using these subscribers credentials again 
and send me all related logs lines from the files:

/var/log/ngcp/panel-debug.log
/var/log/ngcp/panel.log

Kindly send it to me privetly, as there may be credential information.
