[Spce-user] sip:provider CE: 5.4.1 - Errors playing back voicemails

We recently did a fresh install of 5.4.1 and migrated a bunch of subscribers to it.    We only have a couple of clients that use the voicemail feature, and although they are able to access the voicemail system through the phone, whenever they start to play back the message the connection is immediately dropped.

When we try and access the same voicemail via the GUI, we get this error.  Thoughts?
500 Internal server error
