[Spce-user] sip:provider CE: 5.4.1 - Errors playing back voicemails

Hi,

There is no ETA as Sipwise doesn't provide direct CE support,
so pull requests with the fix are welcome here!

All the resources are currently allocated to mr5.5.1 LTS which has HUGE
amount of improvements including Debian stretch and new Asterisk 13.

I see (in the internal ticket) my message about inability to reproduce
the issue in mr5.5.1, while I was not 100% sure there.
I recommend you to reproduce it on mr5.5.1 when it is published
(end of the month) maybe it is no longer topical.
