[Spce-user] SIP/2.0 405 Method Not Allowed

Hello,
I'm newbie for spce and using version 5.4.1

I'm trying to register my provider peer.
Outgoing calls are ok but no inbound calls.

I have tried to look at kamailio.cfg but no luck.
