Hey,

okay thank you.

do you also fix this in 4.5.5 or just in the newer 5.4.1.1 version?

We just want to upgrade to the 5. LTS version. Do you have any informations
when this will be ready?

Thank you.

Betreff: [Spce-user] Fraud Script doesn't work cause of a empty notify?

Hello,

we use SPCE 4.5.5 and found out a problem today.

a subscriber has fraud calls today and we found out that the fraud limits
didn't work for this customer.

So we opened the customer and saw that the monthly settings was on "billing
profile default" and the daily settings was on 15000 cents as limit the lock
level was "all outgoing calls" and the notify was "none".

The fraud was definitly more than this 15000 cents = 150 EUR a day, so
normally the fraud prevention should work for this customer.

Or could it be, that it didn't work cause there was no notify defined for
daily settings? It would explain the reason.

It would be nice if you could help me with that.

Rate-o-mat is running and also if I execute:
"/usr/sbin/ngcp-fraud-daily-lock && /usr/sbin/ngcp-fraud-auto-lock" i get no
errors back, so the scripts should work.
