[Spce-user] Rtpengine command line help

Hi Maura,
in default config you should have CLI listening on 127.0.0.1:2224, so 
the following command should work for you:

# rtpengine-ctl -ip 127.0.0.1 -port 2224 list numsessions
Current sessions own: 0
Current sessions foreign: 0
Current sessions total: 0
