[Spce-user] Voicemail - '*' interrupt not working and message not playing from phone

I have the asterisks sounds, but the problem is accessing the voicemail 
from the outside and pressing of the asterisk key '*' doesn't interrupt 
the unavailable greeting.   It just doesn't do anything, when pressed.
