[Spce-user] Voicemail Prefix Creation

Hello, i want to create a prefix to the voicemail because in my 
softphone if i dial *voicebox *i get the voicemail (as you can see in 
the attached image).


my question is, how can i change that for numbers, because there are 
phones that do not support the alphanumeric marking so how can I change 
it to some number of my preference for example 2000?
