[Spce-user] CDRs not loggin

I just started using the SIPwise Provider CE software and seem to have a problem with CDRs not logging.  I tried resetting all the databases and reconfigured everything and did a fresh install of the entire server.  In both instances it would start logging calls but no more than 3 total before it would stop.  Has anyone sense had this problem or know hot to fix it.  Looking at the log it appears to me to be a database issue but I have verily little experience with databases. I provided what i have in the log if anyone as a though on what needs to be done or has had the same problem and knows how to fix it.
