[Spce-user] Route One Phone Number (CN or DID)

My main provider is rejecting a phone number that another provider is not.
I'd like to route the one number to my secondary provider.  What is the
best way for me to do this?  I have some ideas, but I'd like advice from
someone who has done this before.  Thanks all!
