Hi Sir,
One more finding, try to do reset password.
1) using username > get notification , check your email

2) using non username > still get notification.

Suppose when there is no registered user, at the reset page it should denied .

Hi Daniel,
The reset link on subscriber portal is ok but when I try to reset no email received on subscriber email inbox.
But the voice mail to email is go through ( the email of voicebox is  voicebox at sip.sipwise.com<mailto:voicebox at sip.sipwise.com>  why it is like that).
Cron Daemon send via root at sip.vowireless.net<mailto:root at sip.vowireless.net> and received on my inbox at webmaster at techchefs.biz<mailto:webmaster at techchefs.biz>

Could you help me, we are I getting wrong.

yes, you need to set the subscriber's email.

You need to edit /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml and search for password_allow_recovery: - change this to 1 and then run:
