I think this will work to exclude your caller:

Caller Pattern: ^sip:(?!931234567).*@mydomain\.es$

The above will match any user at your domain.es apart from 931234567

Then in Peer 2 you could add a Caller Pattern of just ^sip:.*@mydomain\.es$
