Oh,
So on the external the Ip add remain the same or i used my server ip address?
As it show 192.168.1.1
Could you guide me.

Handbook says you should have an NFS external storage to save the files to.
And you have to configure it in config.yml.
If space cannot connect to the nfs storage, rtpengine-recording process will fail to start, as it does in your case.

How is your configuration in config.yml ?
Are you sure the NFS is reachable from SPCE?
As you can read from the documentation:
The NFS share gets mounted during startup of the recording daemon. If the NFS share cannot be mounted for some reason, the recording daemon will not start.
