Hi,

and then, if the query is just taking too long, try something like this
to make the timeout time longer [1]:

create a customtt for
"/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/nginx/sites-available/ngcp-panel_system_api.tt2"
and add:

|fastcgi_read_timeout 300s; |||

where the other fcgi parameters are with an apropriate timeout.
