[Spce-user] Hostname change, Grafana shows previous hostname

Hi Jacques,

I've done this for version 5. If 6 is still using influxDB and you can 
open influxDB from commandline (please use google to find out how) then 
it should be something like

drop series where host='sbcdebian'
