[Spce-user] CDR Export Timezone

Hi,

My reseller CDR looks like this:

The timestamps are the time of the server. I was reading that this should
be the timezone of the subscriber or reseller or similar. Is this a setting
that i need to enable?

As best practice, should my server have UTC as its timezone or my local
timezone?

I have made sure every contact has the correct timezone, other than that im
a bit lost.
