[Spce-user] New Sipwise C5 CE mr6.3.1 is now available

This is to inform you about the availability of new Sipwise C5 mr6.3.1!

mr6.3.1 is the first build of release mr6.3.
Release mr6.X will be supported until mr6.3.2 is released.

The InstallCD media, Vagrant box, Virtualbox, VMware and AMI images,
as well as Docker hub container, have been uploaded.
