[Spce-user] Problem upgrade mr4.5.8 to mr5.5.4

Hi,

I didn't see such issue before and I can guess only here,
my bet is the lack of user 'rtpengine' and the following failed:

> grant all on provisioning.recording_calls to 'rtpengine'@'localhost';
> grant all on provisioning.recording_streams to 'rtpengine'@'localhost';

Those commands are part of
/usr/share/ngcp-db-schema/db_scripts/diff/15324.up  please also ensure
the tables recording_calls and
recording_streams are created properly and there are no errors.
