[Spce-user] custom announcement

Hi Brian,

thank you for your report.

The bug was discovered and fixed last week with the ticket number 30575. 
It will be officially released in 5.5 in the next bugfix version mr5.5.4 
that will be out approximately on 2018-04-17.
