[Spce-user] Redis can't connect

Hi

I am testing 6.2.1 currently. It's been running fine for about a week, then
something went wrong. Redis is eating all cpu and I get the following in
the kamailio-proxy log:

 ERROR: db_redis [redis_connection.c:124]: db_redis_connect(): cannot open
connection to redis://localhost:6379/23: Connection refused
May 16 09:51:02 spce proxy[1331]: ERROR: db_redis [redis_connection.c:226]:
db_redis_new_connection(): Failed to connect to redis db

Any ideas on this one? It's not in production and really just for testing
purposes so it's not serious at this point.
