[Spce-user] New release: sip:provider CE mr6.1.2

Dear community:

We write to inform you about the availability of the new SPCE mr6.1.2
release.

mr6.1.2 is the last build of mr6.1 branch.  For upgrades, please look
for the latest release in the next branch, mr6.2.
