[Spce-user] Definitive list of CFNA vs CFU vs CFT

Hi,

CFNA: Call Forward Not Available, means that he call was forwarded 
beacause use was not online
CFT: Call Forward Timeout, call was forwarded due to timeout
CFU: Call forward Unconditioal, call was diverted always
CFB: Call Forward on Busy, call was forwarded cause user was busy
