[Spce-user] Problem with Peering Registration

Well,
as long as the flag for registration is set from web gui the REGISTER is 
sent.
Please try to :

1. run sngrep on your CE
2. restart 'sbc' via monit

you should see the REGISTER going out from sems.

There is nothing else to set in order to configure and upstream 
registration for the peer.
