Hi,

1. Did you populate the Web Username and Web Password during the subscriber
creation?
2. If yes, try to add the "@domain" in the web username, where "domain" is
the subsciber's SIP domain. If you connect to https://
<https://%3cyour_ip%3e:443> <your_ip>:443 and you just set username=user,
without specifying the domain, the system will try to etch username
user@<your_ip>. So if the subscriber is belonging to another SIP domain, you
need to specify it.

Fresh install of 6.5.2.

 

Create a new subscriber. Then when i try to login to the csc i get wrong
username and pasword.

 

Panel.log says user not found.

 

Any ideas?
