Hi,
depends what do you need to set for 39XX calls?
Assuming that you are correcly rewrinting the call to E164 (when they
come in), you need to rewrite 39xxxx E164 into a local or international
format in the peering outbound RR for callee.
So you can have
^39([1-9][0-9]+)$ --> \1 (this will rewrite E164 39 011 1234 into 011
1234)
or you still may want to call numbers in international format:
^([1-9][0-9]+)$ --> +\1 (this will rewrite ANY E164 into +CC AC SN)
