[Spce-user] SPCE 6.5.1 Install Error

I'm installing a new server instance on SPCE 6.5.1 and getting this error:
"Error: Can not connect to https://deb.sipwise.com/spce/sipwise.gpg"

I'm pretty sure this is a gpg signature error and I'm nearly sure I have run in to this issue before, but I don't remember how to get past this. This is on Debian 9.4 netboot Iso. We had to use this type of install because we are installing on an IBM Blade Server and need the Debian image with the non-free firmware.

Any advice?
