[Spce-user] Static registrations gone after restore

Hi,

Thank you for the valid bug report here,
reported it internally as TT#45714.

In short, static registrations are stored in DB kamailio.location,
while the table is not covered with backup procedure currently
as 99% of records there will be outdated in a moment of restoring.

As a fast workaround you should backup/restore table kamailio.location.
The proper fix will be developed under TT#45714.
