[Spce-user] Need help connecting two call legs

I'm trying to set up SPCE as an SBC in front of an asterisk PBX. SPCE is hosted in AWS, using an elastic IP. The PBX external IP address is static.
Ultimately what we're trying to do is some topology hiding/external authentication for remote employees.
SPCE is proxying the first message to the PBX, which is then responding to the IP address of the SPCE server. How can I connect these two call legs?
