[Spce-user] Difference between "allow_peer_relay" and "force_outbound_calls_to_peer"

so for Interconnect setups the „allow_peer_relay“ is the right one…

AFAIR:

allow_peer_relay: Incoming calls from peer to a number that is not locally
provisioned can be sent to PSTN again instead of sending a 404.


force_outbound_calls_to_peer: Send calls to pstn even if the destination is
local.
