Hi,

I’ll have to run some test calls again to provide the logs.

Yes the dummy0 interface is up when looking at ifconfig.

Thanks

Also,
does the command "ifconfig" shows you that the dummy0 is actually up?

Cheers,

Daniel

When I have the sip_int type configured on the dummy0 interface then Kamailio seems to stop routing the inbound calls to my subscriber for some reason. It gives this error below.

Could you please send me the complete kamailio-proxy.log prior to this error?

If I move sip_int back to the localhost interface then everything works fine.
Is this dummy0 interface still required for Audiocodes work around?

Does it work if you disable the dummy interface? What's your experience?

I have not tried recently, but before the calls from AC would be dropped after 32 seconds because it is sending incorrect Route headers in the ACK message.

You would notice that it's replacing 127.0.0.1<http://127.0.0.1> with some other IP. If that is still a problem, however, there is another approach with mr6.4.1 and upcoming mr6.5.1, where we have topology hiding module enabled (kamailio.lb.topos.enable in config.yml). Rather experimental but also worth trying if you have an issue with Audiocodes.
