Hello,

can you copy here the full Kamailio Proxy log of your call?

Just do this and insert your CALL ID:

# zgrep "CALLID" /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log

It is easier to analyse your problem as with a SIP log.

Thank you

Betreff: [Spce-user] Outbound and Inbound not working

Hi

I am a newbie and I am struggling in getting spce up and running. I have gone
through the handbook I don't know how may times. I have successfully created
and registered subscrbers. My problem is that I can not make outbound calls
and I also can not receive calls from my ISP.

I created a peer and the default outbound peering rule. When I make an
outbound call it does not go through, I get the below messge:

My provider wants me to pass callerID if there is no CallerID, calls will not
go through. I changed the inbound_upn to fetch user provided number to
From-Display name, I still get the same error message. I don't know if this is
the callerid issue or the ip address because my isp only accepts private ip.

the second issue is the inbound calls from the ISP. I get the error message
below.

Calls from ISP are not routed to my subscribers. I created my domains with IP
addresses. so I don't know if the problem is the inbound peering rule. I have
tried to follow the handbook maybe I missing something, please assist.

Warm regards

Mzi
