[Spce-user] mediator fails

Please install new ngcp-mediator (6.4.1.4+0~mr6.4.1.4)
and share the results here.

P.S. mr6.3.2 also received hotfix ngcp-mediator (6.3.2.3+0~mr6.3.2.3)
