I have not tried recently, but before the calls from AC would be dropped
after 32 seconds because it is sending incorrect Route headers in the
ACK message.

You would notice that it's replacing 127.0.0.1 with some other IP.  If
that is still a problem, however, there is another approach with mr6.4.1
and upcoming mr6.5.1, where we have topology hiding module enabled
(kamailio.lb.topos.enable in config.yml). Rather experimental but also
worth trying if you have an issue with Audiocodes.
