[Spce-user] outgoing call

Run sngrep and make the call.
copy the callID from the call.
Then do:

  grep <CALL_ID> /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log
  grep <CALL_ID> /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-lb.log


and share the output.
