[Spce-user] ngcp-rate-o-mat - no calls being logged?

We have recently upgraded a SBC of ours to mr7.2.1

CDR exports were working fine.

Now I seem to be just getting;

INFO: Batch of 0 CDRs completed. 0 CDRs rated overall so far. - Quite a few
lines of it per 20 minutes.

cdr.log and cdr-exportier are empty,

System status in the GUI shows as all services running.

No calls show under the subscriber in the GUI. But our monitoring software
shows the calls passing.

I haven't restarted anything just yet, any pointers what might be the
problem?
