[Spce-user] Incident [#SRY18918] IPtables were not loaded

Hi,
this was a known issue and has been fixed recently in mr7.2.2, but also 
hotfixed in mr7.2.1.
What version of templates do you run?

dpkg -l | grep templates


You need at least mr7.2.1.15 or higher. If you don't have that, you 
should update to the latest hotfixes or upgrade to mr7.2.2
