[Spce-user] rejection code 403

Hi,
in which scenario/case you have to change it, or you need to change all 
kind of 403?

If you just need to change only that line "try again later", then it's 
here: /etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/kamailio/lb/kamailio.cfg.customtt.tt2

search for: "Try again later" and change the code there.
