[Spce-user] subscriber last seen registered

Hi Matthias,

You can try ngcp-usr-location --all --verbose  or  ngcp-kamctl proxy ul show
but I don't think expired registrations will be kept for a long time. In 
mysql it's the kamailio.location table, in redis I don't know.
