[Spce-user] rate-o-mat stops within a minute and no CDR.

Dear All,

I am testing with CE mr7.1.1 and 6.5.3. But i noticed that rate-o-mat stops
within a minute and therefore call details are not written to cdr files
anymore.
If i restart the rate-o-mat service again, it just run for a few seconds
and stops. When I checked the service summary of ngcp, only this rate-o-mat
got failed.
Please help me with this.
