[Spce-user] ngcp-panel no customer found

Hi,

 

we have problem with the ngcp-panel. 

For whatever reason the mapping between customer and subscriber is brocken:

I already checked the db where everything looks good. Mapping between
billing.voip_subscribers and billing.contracts / billing.contacts are
correct.

We had some 500 Internal Error issues last days in panel.log. This is gone
after ngcp-panel restart.

 

Is there something like an internal cache that could be corrupted now? Any
ideas what could cause this problem? 

 

Any hints or advices are welcome!
