Check /ngcp-data/logs/redis.log (and /ngcp-data/logs/old/redis.log*).
/var/log/ngcp should be symlink on /ngcp-data/logs/ for new mr6.5 installations.
/ngcp-data/logs/ should be symlink on /var/log/ngcp for upgraded systems from the previous releases.
Both paths should be always accessible, read more about new disk partitions in mr6.5 in "Appendix F: NGCP Disk partitioning":
