Hi Marcos,

we need a coredump to be able to check it. The typical reason can be e.g. malformed input or missing mandatory header in the received SIP message.

Please read here how to get a backtrace: https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/tutorials/troubleshooting/coredumpfile

Before doing that instruction please run: apt install ngcp-kamailio-dbgsym

Waiting for more information.

Regards,

Andrew

Hi all!

I’m using mr6.5.3

After a few minutes of actívate the topos option, the LB Service went down! I restarted it but the error appears again, it fails.

LB logs:

Jan 24 10:53:36 sipwise lb[5118]: ERROR: ndb_redis [redis_client.c:903]: redisc_exec_argv(): Redis error: Server closed the connection

Jan 24 10:54:20 sipwise lb[11283]: ERROR: topos [tps_storage.c:340]: tps_storage_link_msg(): bad sip message or missing Contact hdr

Jan 24 10:54:27 sipwise lb[11311]: CRITICAL: <core> [core/pass_fd.c:277]: receive_fd(): EOF on 21

Jan 24 10:54:27 sipwise lb[11261]: ALERT: <core> [main.c:738]: handle_sigs(): child process 11267 exited by a signal 6

Jan 24 10:54:27 sipwise lb[11261]: ALERT: <core> [main.c:741]: handle_sigs(): core was generated

I did a rollback and now is working normally.

What can be happening?

Thank you in advance!

Marcos.
