[Spce-user] DoS whitelisted IP's don't work

Hi.

It should look something like this

  Dos_whitelisted_ips:
    - 212.xxx.xxx.xxx
    - 212.xxx.xxx.yyy

Note the spacing and the dash. Each IP a separate line.

Then it should work afterwards.
