[Spce-user] ngcpcfg apply removes changes in the service configuration

Hello,

I have installed fail2ban and voipbl. I would like to keep running these
services after the system reboots. Call:

systemctl enable ...

works until you call ngcpcfg apply.
All additional entries in /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/
are removed.

Is there any solution to keep running new services after rebooting the
system?
