[Spce-user] Installation Error for mr7.1.1

Hi
I tried installing mr7.1.1 and still unsuccessful. The installation
completes fine, but not able to connect. This is what I get with this
command:

:~# ngcp-service summary
Can't open '/etc/ngcp-service/nsconfig.yml' for input:
No such file or directory at
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.24/YAML/XS.pm line 47.
Please recommend a fix!
