[Spce-user] Callee Rewrite rule depending on the caller

OK, I see now. This could be of course done with Header Manipulations
rule in mr7.2.1+ but this is PRO-only.
Can't think of a good solution for the CE right now. First thought about
the LNP database but this doesn't do what you want.
