[Spce-user] CDR NOT WORKING

Hi,

Kamailio creates accounting records in DB (MySQL/Redis).
Mediator is reading accounting and creates CDRs.
Rate-o-mat reads CDRs are rate them (update in DB).

Run "ngcp-service summary" and ensure all components are running.
Check the proper log service for not running service,
with high probability it is mediator/rate-o-mat and logs are
/var/log/ngcp/cdr.log and /var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat.log
