I see the internal ticket with the similar symptoms TT#44639

The fix was included into the following releases/builds/hotfixes:
> mr7.0.1, mr6.5.1, mr6.4.2, mr6.3.3, mr6.4.1.4, mr6.3.2.3.
mr6.2 was out of support in a moment of releasing the fix.

I am recommending you to upgrade from unsupported mr6.2.1
to the supported release (at least mr6.5 LTS).
