[Spce-user] Rate not Applied to Customer SPCE

Hi,
please check rateomat.log. Was the CDR rated ? Is rate-o-mat running?
If yes, what was the matching fee? check in accounting.cdr table, the 
"source_customer_billing_fee_id" and check the id against the 
billing_fees_history table:

select * from billing.billing_fees_history where 
id=<source_customer_billing_fee_id>;
