[Spce-user] Switch back to the old Customer Self-Care Interface

Hello Matthias,

You can disable the new interface, reverting to the old one, by simply 
changing it's corresponding flag in config.yml:

ngcpcfg set /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml www_admin.http_csc.csc_js_enable=no
ngcgcfg apply 'Disable CSC'
